When Zbyszko Falkowski fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sielce Warszawa's protests and gave Zbyszko Falkowski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sielce Warszawa getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Zbyszko Falkowski hit a great ball. In the 40th match minute, Brunatni Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Wozniak to maneuver through the defense. Damian Szkarpiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Porajewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Setara in the 43rd minute of play forced Sielce Warszawa's goalkeeper Damian Szkarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sielce Warszawa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brunatni Bełchatów were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maciej Mierzejewski to strike the kick off in the second half. Damian Szkarpiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstanty Gniewek in the 71st minute. Damian Szkarpiak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofil Lipinski went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute Mariusz Porajewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Szkarpiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sielce Warszawa's Damian Szkarpiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Rostow in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Porajewski in the 88th minute of play forced Sielce Warszawa's goalkeeper Damian Szkarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Sielce Warszawa's Kazimierz Slazak seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kazimierz Slazak the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sielce Warszawa protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kazimierz Slazak had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Damian Szkarpiak made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Mieszko Pietras sent off a good shot on target. Brunatni Bełchatów's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
