After a rather tough play, LEBEG Team's Christian Gallucci got a free kick in the 17th minute. Francesco Tabacco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, LEBEG Team's goalkeeper Arrigo Talone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dino Cantagallo. LEBEG Team's Arrigo Talone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beppe Rivera in the 41st minute of play. Donato Barone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Talone having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beppe Rivera was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of LEBEG Team booed when Gladiator FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes LEBEG Team got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Busillo. LEBEG Team's Arrigo Talone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Barone in the 55th minute of play. Gladiator FC's Enrico Gelsomini was substituted for Franco Cirone. After 62 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Barone. After a rather tough play, LEBEG Team's Achille Di Cesare got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Aurelio Epifani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Ucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Aurelio Epifani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Ucci. LEBEG Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Tonon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Gelsomini. Demetrio Mattioli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Epifani having to interfere. Aurelio Epifani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aurelio Ucci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 91 minute of play. Gladiator FC's Dino Cantagallo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
