The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Recolta Alamor's zone, Ernesto Johans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Arellano came out of the goal and Ernesto Johans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyson Helton in the 6th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Wilfredo Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilbert Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Kusko kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilbert Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Kemen might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Arellano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Kemen ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the game, Brown Puerto Madryn's Teofilo Kemen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Arellano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Wilfredo Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilbert Velasco in the 19th minute of the match. After 27th play minutes Diego Ilazki shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Wilson Arellano and just under the crossbar into goal. Diego Ilazki took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Arellano. Wilson Arellano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Brown Puerto Madryn's Wilfredo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyson Helton in the 37th minute of play. Wilfredo Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilbert Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvestre Maurino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Tyson Helton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilfredo Rodriguez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 52 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Kemen came free, but Wilson Arellano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wilbert Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Recolta Alamor's protests and gave Wilbert Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Recolta Alamor's Wilbert Velasco got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Tyson Helton kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Wilson Arellano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Maurino in the 57th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Mauro Ekain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brown Puerto Madryn and the Recolta Alamor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Mauro Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Recolta Alamor booed when Brown Puerto Madryn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Norberto Ivey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Recolta Alamor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brown Puerto Madryn the free kick. Norberto Ivey kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, one of Recolta Alamor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Recolta Alamor. In the 90th minute, Pascual Porfirio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Wilfredo Rodriguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Kuhn. Wilbert Velasco hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Brown Puerto Madryn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
