Laurita FC's Clodoveo Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Messias in the 18th minute of play. Clodoveo Delfino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcinho Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ruperto Perutxo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Edvaldo Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Emeterio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cacá Maciel. Sipo EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Edvaldo Vieira charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvaldo Vieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Edvaldo Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Marcinho Vianna fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sipo EC's protests and gave Marcinho Vianna a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sipo EC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Marcinho Vianna hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Ruperto Perutxo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cacá Maciel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Paulo Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laurita FC's Clodoveo Delfino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Décio Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Delfino having to interfere. If Pedro Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laurita FC's Clodoveo Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Luz in the 73rd minute of play. Cacá Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Reynardo in the 76th minute of play. Laurita FC's Pedro Reynardo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 85 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Trancoso. Cacá Maciel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Reynardo in the 88th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Cacá Maciel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 96 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Reynardo came free, but Cacá Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sipo EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Laurita FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Laurita FC.
