The supporters of America Futebol Clube SP booed when Masters United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Ranolfo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Veiga went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 81 played minutes Edgard Abar rounded America Futebol Clube SP's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-2. America Futebol Clube SP's Nildo Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Abar in the 91st minute of play. Modesto Ranolfo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by America Futebol Clube SP's Carlos Veiga. But to his dismay, Carlos Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Masters United F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for America Futebol Clube SP.
