Sérgio Conceicão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Alfredo Olave made a huge save. Omar Jakes scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Onana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Attilio Scarpa hit a great ball. In the 8th minute Alfredo Passerini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Onana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Attilio Scarpa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Alfredo Olave made a huge save. After 15 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Atarrabi. In the 21stth minute of the game Alfredo Passerini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OldHighburyInvincibles's André Onana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Belgrano de Pibasog were awarded a corner. Lucas Atarrabi went to the cornerflag to take it. 29 minutes into the game, Alberigo Scacchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OldHighburyInvincibles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano de Pibasog the free kick. Alberigo Scacchi kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper André Onana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Attilio Scarpa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 36th playminute. Alfredo Olave made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attilio Scarpa in the 40th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alfredo Passerini hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. André Onana didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Cirilo Eleder hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. OldHighburyInvincibles made a substitution. Luka Toni replaced Attilio Scarpa. A collision led to Belgrano de Pibasog getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cirilo Eleder hit a great ball. Alfredo Olave came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by OldHighburyInvincibles's Luka Toni. But to his dismay, Luka Toni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Passerini, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Alfredo Passerini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Onana having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Sérgio Conceicão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 76th minute, Sérgio Conceicão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Passerini in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Onana saved OldHighburyInvincibles from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Passerini came free, but André Onana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, OldHighburyInvincibles's André Onana got control of the ball when Maximo Elorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabrizio Bocchi hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. André Onana made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Omar Jakes sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Belgrano de Pibasog players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
