Zenon Bejrut came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Max Dahlgren could save by the left post. In the 21st minute, Leon Bailey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rafal Zawada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per-Erik Öfverman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafal Zawada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Max Dahlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedykt Marosz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Wållander's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Leon Bailey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedykt Marosz was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 32 minutes into the match, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Bailey came free, but Benedykt Marosz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Benedykt Marosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Bailey, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Leon Bailey hit a great ball. The MZ Wodzisław Śląski players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
