When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Allan da Silveira put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Matty Plant. Matty Plant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan da Silveira's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the game, Louis Bateman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Yan Barros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Coventry Wasps's Louis Bateman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Coventry Wasps's Matty Plant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan da Silveira in the 32nd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan da Silveira was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Allan da Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matty Plant was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 69 minutes of play, Coventry Wasps's Ben Moxon made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 82nd minute, Coventry Wasps's Jermaine Silvester seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jermaine Silvester the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Coventry Wasps protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jermaine Silvester had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Coventry Wasps! Allan da Silveira scored 3-5 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matty Plant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Coventry Wasps booed when Clube do Remo MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91stth minute of the game Allan da Silveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coventry Wasps's Matty Plant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 played minutes Coventry Wasps got a freekick which was hit by Mitch Callery. Walmyr Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
