Abel Gay hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Bertil Glad came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Protegéerna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Glad couldn't finish the play. In the 6th match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Roy Bennet elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Hultin in the 12th minute of play forced 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's goalkeeper Berbiz Iruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Oscar Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Hultin got free with Berbiz Iruz in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monkiewicz Gay in the 26th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper André Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Protegéerna defense, Abel Gay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Palmquist. The Protegéerna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Palmquist should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute Victor Hugo Gay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lidon Bengoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Protegéerna's Bertil Glad tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

With his leg André Palmquist managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Victor Hugo Gay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jack Hultin kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES made a substitution. Martin Amenedo replaced Ulizes Maquibar. Jack Hultin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Monkiewicz Gay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving André Palmquist. That made the score 1-4 in the 62 minute of play. In the 66th minute, 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Abel Gay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind André Palmquist. André Palmquist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Ostadar Segarra was substituted for Monkiewicz Gay. Berbiz Iruz came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Roy Bennet. But to his dismay, Roy Bennet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 86 minutes into the match, Abel Gay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of André Palmquist, 2-6. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
