Deportivo Mandiyu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Beliran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, Deportivo Mandiyu's Samuel Matxin got control of the ball when Gerardo Cordairo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Deportivo Mandiyu's Anselmo Cesario pulled a muscle in his back after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gerardo Cordairo fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.M.P's protests and gave Gerardo Cordairo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Gerardo Cordairo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.M.P's Cayetano Thomas was substituted for Gerardo Cordairo. Gerardo Cordairo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Janpier to make the kick off. Samuel Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Thomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Anselmo Cesario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Mandiyu and the C.A.M.P players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Cesario to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Beliran in the 70th minute of the match. C.A.M.P's Domingo Remicio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Claudio Txilar in the 79 minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Deportivo Mandiyu were awarded a corner. Arturo Veronica went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Deportivo Mandiyu's Lorenzo Niva to fire away a dangerous shot which Godofredo Donzel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Anselmo Cesario threw the ball into play from the sideline. C.A.M.P's Angel Mitxel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
