Spectators: 8412 (Terracing: 6309, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) Arrecifes's Raul Eduino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Arrecifes booed when PICCOLE PESTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Valletta didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Eduino in the 7th minute of play forced PICCOLE PESTI's goalkeeper Ciro Vitale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Derwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ciro Vitale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleto Erramun made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Francesco Marchetta sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Vitale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Eduino in the 12th minute of play. Raul Eduino scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Vitale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Nicolas Geleberto fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arrecifes's protests and gave Nicolas Geleberto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Arrecifes's Nicolas Geleberto got a free kick in the 21st minute. Raul Eduino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Vitale having to interfere. In the 29th minute Cayetano Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Vitale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Vitale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Gonsalve in the 32nd minute of the match. Cayetano Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Arrecifes getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Inocencio Derwin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Eduino in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Vitale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Arrecifes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francesco Marchetta to make the kick off. Cleto Erramun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Marchetta in the 54th minute of the match. Inocencio Derwin's late challenge caught a PICCOLE PESTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inocencio Derwin helped the player get up and apologised. Inocencio Derwin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Arrecifes defense, Comunardo Nazzari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Erramun. The Arrecifes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Erramun should have stopped the shot. Arrecifes's Fermin Llope was substituted for Gaspar Azeari. Arrecifes made a substitution. Alejandro Fonda replaced Cayetano Gonsalve. In the 66th play minute Modesto Mikolas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ciro Vitale. 1-2. 74 minutes into the game, Nicola Catalano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PICCOLE PESTI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrecifes the free kick. After 79 played minutes PICCOLE PESTI got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Marchetta. After a rather tough play, Arrecifes's Nicolas Geleberto got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Ferruccio Tammaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Reyes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Arrecifes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Di Loreto charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Di Loreto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 96 minutes into the match, Modesto Mikolas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciro Vitale, 1-5.
