Spectators: 8473 (Terracing: 6356, Seating: 1948, VIP seats: 169) Dorin Nebunu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Basarab Secoşan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Bergström in the 4th minute of play. After 13 played minutes FC Cosula-BTF- got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Honciu. After 15 played minutes FC Cosula-BTF- got a freekick which was hit by Irinel Irimescu. Basarab Secoşan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Cosula-BTF-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelian Giurcă in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Gabriel Arsene got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Lund came free, but Basarab Secoşan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reine Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Fredrik Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Paveliuc in the 36th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Bogdan Paveliuc made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Pilgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Edmund Lund made the kick off in the second half. Sever Mărăscu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Albin Bergström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basarab Secoşan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Digital Monsterz FC's zone, Aurelian Giurcă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Pilgren came out of the goal and Aurelian Giurcă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Bogdan Paveliuc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Paveliuc took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredrik Pilgren. Fredrik Pilgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 74 minutes into the match, Digital Monsterz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Paveliuc came free, but Fredrik Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Albin Bergström came free, but Basarab Secoşan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Irinel Irimescu hit a great ball. A collision led to Digital Monsterz FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. The Digital Monsterz FC fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Digital Monsterz FC's Håkan Holmgren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Despite being the better team, Digital Monsterz FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
