Yuri Alberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Edson Bertassi made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Rogério Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrapichel - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yuri Alberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Carrapichel - FDFDF made a substitution. Gualter Paraibano replaced Dráuzio Meirelles. Carrapichel - FDFDF made a substitution. Allan de Lara replaced David Fernandes. MAZER SAF's Bernardinho Cunha was substituted for Celsinho da Silveira. After a defensive mix-up in MAZER SAF's zone, Acácio Neto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Marques came out of the goal and Acácio Neto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Carrapichel - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho Cunha came free, but Edson Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
