An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Matxin in the 22nd minute of play forced Atlético Capixaba's goalkeeper Téo Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Joseph made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Wiliam Perez sent off a good shot on target. Wiliam Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Edgardo Joseph tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Téo Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Matxin in the 37th minute of play. Moriste en el balotaje's Edgardo Joseph proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Moriste en el balotaje from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Atlético Capixaba's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Matxin came free, but Téo Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atlético Capixaba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Moriste en el balotaje played a much better game than Atlético Capixaba and deserved their victory. The Atlético Capixaba players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
