In the 6th minute Ugutz Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaiser! were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Atlético Capixaba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Díaz Calonge took the corner. Armando Agusto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Kaiser!'s goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Perez came free, but Esteban Dreer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Dreer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Perez in the 18th minute. Esteban Dreer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kaiser!'s goalkeeper Esteban Dreer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Téo Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Castillo Maridueña in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Ugutz Ibañez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kaiser! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Téo Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Castillo Maridueña in the 44th minute of play. Wiliam Perez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Dreer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Yuri Vinhas was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.

The supporters of Kaiser! booed when Atlético Capixaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor-Borba Xerifão didn't get a good kick on the ball.
