After taking down the ball on YELLOW FC's corner Avraam Sevastopoulos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurilio Duque quite easily take care of the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Tiso Villela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nova Soccer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YELLOW FC the free kick. The supporters of YELLOW FC booed when Nova Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiso Villela didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Dantel Ayllon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nova Soccer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YELLOW FC the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, Nova Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donat Collier to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Soccer's zone, Algirdas Radzevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurilio Duque came out of the goal and Algirdas Radzevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Nova Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kismi Abar to maneuver through the defense. Maurilio Duque was a little too slow when Avraam Sevastopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. With an all-out effort, YELLOW FC's Maurilio Duque threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eutichios Panagakos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th minute, Tomáš Řehák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurilio Duque was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Nova Soccer's Maurilio Duque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avraam Sevastopoulos in the 71st minute of play.
