The audience thought a goal was coming when Artem Rusol got free with Frans Snell in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pål Hagberg made a kick off. Frans Snell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Slavyan Stanulov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Sundberg in the 81st minute of the match. Artem Rusol took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frans Snell. Frans Snell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. FK LVIV's Anton Samborskyi was substituted for Zakhar Kostyshyn. In the 87th minute Artem Rusol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Snell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slavyan Stanulov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andreas Olsson in the 88th minute. When Peder Lägdin fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Xtra personell's protests and gave Peder Lägdin a yellow card for diving instead. When Artem Rusol came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FK LVIV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artem Rusol couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Team Xtra personell players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK LVIV.
