A collision led to De Kasteelheren getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Anthony Hillen hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 7 minutes István Seres shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Fokke Meijeringh when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. When Dombiratosi Football Club's Tamás Varsányi in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. István Seres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fokke Meijeringh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inácio Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. De Kasteelheren's Fokke Meijeringh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save De Kasteelheren from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inácio Amaral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Remond Zijden thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Fokke Meijeringh, a very annoying self made goal in the 55th minute which led to 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mátyás Csonka in the 58th minute of play forced De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Fokke Meijeringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tamás Varsányi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fokke Meijeringh having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 68th minute of play forced De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Fokke Meijeringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Tamás Varsányi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fokke Meijeringh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute Harold Rodenboog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David De Gea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harold Rodenboog had several of the Dombiratosi Football Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed David De Gea as he didn't even see the shot coming. De Kasteelheren made a substitution. Dante Martinelli replaced Harold Rodenboog. David De Gea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdi Vorenkamp in the 84th minute of the match. David De Gea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Vorenkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. De Kasteelheren's Fokke Meijeringh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, De Kasteelheren's Remond Zijden got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fokke Meijeringh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Sági, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
