In the 55th minute Ferdi Vorenkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Kaczanka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wyszyny's Igor Kapelski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fernando Geraets in the 56 minute of the game. Ryszard Mindykowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, De Kasteelheren's Inácio Amaral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Kaczanka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. De Kasteelheren had played much better football throughout.
