Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Pazura in the 4th minute of the match. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Pazura in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Lu Xing Song shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xande Sharkin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roger Fagrell firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Pazura in the 16th minute of play forced Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Mariusz Pazura made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Cunha. Pégasus F. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, Sjötorp IF's Roger Fagrell got control of the ball when Evaristo Ortiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roger Fagrell was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Lu Xing Song capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lu Xing Song really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Roger Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Xing Song in the 27th minute of play. Xande Sharkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Roger Fagrell made a huge save. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sjötorp IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xande Sharkin was slow to take the kick. During this time Pégasus F. C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led Pégasus F. C.'s Xande Sharkin to fire away a dangerous shot which Roger Fagrell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Leiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Roger Fagrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roger Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiao Ang Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiao Ang Le, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Sjötorp IF's Allan Ahlberg got a free kick in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Sjötorp IF's goalkeeper Roger Fagrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Qiao Ang Le. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Pazura in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariusz Pazura to strike the kick off in the second half. Mariusz Pazura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Qiao Ang Le scored 3-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Fagrell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Umberto Cunha made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Mariusz Pazura sent off a good shot on target. After 64 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Qvarnström. Pégasus F. C. made a substitution. Bebeto Medeiros replaced Evaristo Ortiz. Pégasus F. C.'s Paulo José Barral was substituted for Hílton Albuquerque. Sebastian Qvarnström hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Roger Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xande Sharkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute of the match Pégasus F. C. got a corner. Sjötorp IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xande Sharkin ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Doni Muli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute, Alfredão Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Fagrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Paulo José Barral hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The supporters of Pégasus F. C. booed when Sjötorp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Pazura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lu Xing Song might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Fagrell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lu Xing Song ran back to his position shaking his head. Roger Fagrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xande Sharkin's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Alm during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 95 minutes into the match, Alfredão Oliveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger Fagrell. Sjötorp IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredão Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Sjötorp IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
