In the 29th minute of the match, Pars Sururi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vacib Bartu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 44th minute, one of Los Tatangelos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Tatangelos. Los Tatangelos:s Vacib Bartu showed great skill when he stopped Aral Yerhum:s penalty. Roberto Carlos's late challenge caught a Los Tatangelos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Pars Sururi made the kick off in the second half. Agah Çeliktaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gürbüz Hendekli in the 58th minute. After taking down the ball on ஐ ▓▒ ≮Ҝằ§ŧîиGs ≯™ ▒▓ ஐ's corner Aral Yerhum fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vacib Bartu quite easily take care of the ball. When Aycan Fırıncıoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Los Tatangelos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aycan Fırıncıoğlu couldn't finish the play. Vacib Bartu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pars Sururi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pars Sururi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. Los Tatangelos made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökçe Helvacı in the 91st minute of play forced Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Vacib Bartu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Tatangelos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
