Svante Fristedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carsten van Zomeren in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Cristiano Antunes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bispmotala BK's Svante Fristedt. Svante Fristedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Bispmotala BK defense, Adrianinho Eger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Svante Fristedt. The Bispmotala BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svante Fristedt should have stopped the shot. After 26 played minutes S.E. Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Luizão Maia. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Palmeiras's goalkeeper Enrique Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Herbert Lindholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E. Palmeiras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Hadi Zamani made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, S.E. Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulisses Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Marti Cifuentes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hjalmar Ekelund might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hjalmar Ekelund ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by Andrzej Domaracki in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bispmotala BK's Andreas Åhman. Bispmotala BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jann Sønnichsen 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Marti Cifuentes kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Svante Fristedt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Svante Fristedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Eger in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hjalmar Ekelund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Freire was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 80th minute, S.E. Palmeiras's Andrzej Domaracki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Bispmotala BK's Billy Andersson was substituted for Edvard Gråberg. Enrique Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Ekelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Ekelund in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Bispmotala BK's Hjalmar Ekelund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over S.E. Palmeiras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bispmotala BK throughout the match.
