The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavino Egoi got free with Mátyás Lisztes in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Norbert Csongrádi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Andrea Pennetta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mátyás Lisztes skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute, Gavino Egoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Anga FC's Marcelino Arlo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrea Pennetta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Andrea Pennetta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Szolnoki MÁV's Mátyás Lisztes did a great save. In the 48th minute, Szolnoki MÁV's Kornél Erőss seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kornél Erőss the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Szolnoki MÁV protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kornél Erőss had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Szolnoki MÁV:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anga FC:s goal. Andrea Pennetta placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emesto Muñagorri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Szolnoki MÁV's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Egoi came free, but Mátyás Lisztes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Szolnoki MÁV booed when Anga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, Anga FC's Andrea Pennetta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mátyás Lisztes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Anga FC's Eustaquio Cloyo was substituted for Marcelino Arlo. Anga FC's Raimundo Kaiet was substituted for Gavino Egoi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Cloyo in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mátyás Lisztes saved Szolnoki MÁV from getting behind. Mátyás Lisztes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Leizarraga in the 84th minute of play. Benedicto Cordarrel hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Örs Vörös got free with Tomas Baldovino in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
