Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5645, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Ryszard Przewozik made the kick off and thus started the match. AA Bełchatów's Leonard Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Pusiak in the 5th minute of play. Janusz Pusiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Rosen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes AA Bełchatów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgar Turak who took care of the corner kick. 11 minutes into the game, Janusz Pusiak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leonard Rosen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in 2kC Poznań's zone, Ryszard Przewozik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Rutkowski came out of the goal and Ryszard Przewozik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ryszard Przewozik scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Rutkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind AA Bełchatów's goalkeeper Leonard Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Janusz Pusiak took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Rosen. Leonard Rosen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 27thth minute of the game Ryszard Przewozik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 2kC Poznań's Tadeusz Rutkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeusz Rutkowski made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Ludomil Frankowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th match minute, 2kC Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tytus Dylla to maneuver through the defense. Dadá do Nascimento took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeusz Rutkowski. 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ryszard Przewozik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeusz Rutkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, 2kC Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pål Ahlström to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Janusz Pusiak notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of AA Bełchatów's Leonard Rosen. Leonard Rosen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeusz Rutkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Przewozik in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dominik Lepper to make the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper Tadeusz Rutkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, AA Bełchatów's Ryszard Przewozik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeusz Rutkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Ryszard Przewozik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeusz Rutkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 2kC Poznań made a substitution. 冰谷 谢霆锋 replaced Stanislaw Kisielka. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Przewozik in the 68th minute of play forced 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper Tadeusz Rutkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, AA Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Merski came free, but Leonard Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2kC Poznań's Ulryk Merski got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot by Edgar Turak from long distance, 90 minutes into the match, got Leonard Rosen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Necip Fazıl Taykurt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 2kC Poznań's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
