The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denis Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute Hristiyan Lakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Bizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Abadie might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiel Wilson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Abadie ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the match, Salvador Sesuldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chiel Wilson. AVV Zeeburgia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Sesuldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Denis Charro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chiel Wilson having to make a save. When Ulrik Runeberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AVV Zeeburgia's protests and gave Ulrik Runeberg a yellow card for diving instead. Ulrik Runeberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Laureano Bizi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koos Alberts in the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Lope in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chiel Wilson saved AVV Zeeburgia from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Lope came free, but Chiel Wilson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiel Wilson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Sesuldo in the 28th minute of the match. AVV Zeeburgia's Chiel Wilson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Venerando in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Laureano Bizi got control of the ball when Hristiyan Lakov tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Yo Soy Tu Padre booed when AVV Zeeburgia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xie Tian Quan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute, Teobaldo Venerando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yo Soy Tu Padre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Feliciano Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Chiel Wilson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Feliciano Lope ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiel Wilson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hristiyan Lakov to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Venerando dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Chiel Wilson, 0-4. Chiel Wilson was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Teobaldo Venerando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teobaldo Venerando really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. 67 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Venerando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chiel Wilson. Teobaldo Venerando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Salvador Sesuldo's late challenge caught a AVV Zeeburgia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Sesuldo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yo Soy Tu Padre getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Salvador Sesuldo hit a great ball. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Carlos Abadie suffered a sore thigh after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 80 minutes into the game, Andre Achterberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AVV Zeeburgia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yo Soy Tu Padre the free kick. Yo Soy Tu Padre made a substitution. Edvard Haud replaced Carlos Abadie. Andre Achterberg hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Feliciano Lope scored 0-9 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chiel Wilson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulryk Ludwiczak kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, AVV Zeeburgia's Hristiyan Lakov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Bizi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9.
