Pisang Goreng United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Apotheker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute, Pisang Goreng United's Vincent Frankena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Célio Varela. Célio Varela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Carlos Vides during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, BOA VISTA E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Vides to maneuver through the defense. Célio Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Apotheker in the 64th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, BOA VISTA E.C.'s Antoon Zeegers threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudinho Cearense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Célio Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Fabian Apotheker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Célio Varela having to interfere. 98 minutes into the game, one of Pisang Goreng United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Claudinho Cearense placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 101 played minutes BOA VISTA E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho Cearense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pisang Goreng United had played much better football throughout.
