In the 7th match minute, Seclantas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Txema to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Beltrán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Carlos Balendin made a huge save. Ciriaco Olivar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match Seclantas AFC got a corner. COSQUIN SFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. He Feng Zhou ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Okan Buruk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but COSQUIN SFC's Ciriaco Olivar did a great save. Seclantas AFC's Eleuterio Matteo got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of COSQUIN SFC booed when Seclantas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. He Feng Zhou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Olivar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eleuterio Matteo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Seclantas AFC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after COSQUIN SFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. He Feng Zhou took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Leonardo Oliverio drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind COSQUIN SFC's goalkeeper. Ciriaco Olivar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Okan Buruk went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ciriaco Olivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Matteo in the 38th minute of the match. Ciriaco Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Matteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After the first half Seclantas AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

COSQUIN SFC's Everardo Abella was substituted for Gary Lineker. The wind increased when Lucas Beltrán made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Balendin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 56th minute of play. Seclantas AFC's Carlos Balendin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Rumaldo in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, COSQUIN SFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Angileri to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Olivar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from He Feng Zhou. A collision led to Seclantas AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Lorenzo Betadur hit a great ball. Lucas Beltrán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Balendin having to make a save. He Feng Zhou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Olivar made a huge save. In the 67th play minute John-David Lee came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ciriaco Olivar. 0-3. In the 71st minute of the game, Luis Rumaldo landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. COSQUIN SFC's Evelio Petri was substituted for Luis Rumaldo. Marciano Txema kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Abella in the 77th minute of play forced Seclantas AFC's goalkeeper Carlos Balendin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julius Eilat kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Lucas Beltrán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Balendin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Matteo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ciriaco Olivar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eleuterio Matteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ciriaco Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
