When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermínio Bomba made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind COSQUIN SFC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Olivar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciriaco Olivar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Manuel Valido. Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 57th minute of play. After 58th play minutes Lucas Beltrán shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel and just under the crossbar into goal. Ciriaco Olivar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. Ciriaco Olivar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takeshi Schims, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermínio Bomba couldn't finish the play.
