In the 16th minute of the match Pan Queso y Leberbush FC got a corner. Mysarnas BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alex Palleschi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Dimitris Maropoulos to fire away a dangerous shot which Inocencio Ruiz Tagle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Inocencio Ruiz Tagle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Maropoulos in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Maropoulos in the 26th minute of play forced Mysarnas BK's goalkeeper Inocencio Ruiz Tagle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Fix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Brett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Cornelio Cesaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Ruiz Tagle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Maropoulos struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Inocencio Ruiz Tagle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pan Queso y Leberbush FC. Mysarnas BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
