In the 13thth minute of the game Rafael Domeka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Bozywerek's Felipo Carulla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felipo Carulla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Domeka's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Joy Division Athletic's Honorato Marz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Augustyn in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Julian Kociniewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorato Marz. Joy Division Athletic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Kociniewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Antoine Cassar Torreggiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joy Division Athletic's goalkeeper Honorato Marz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Joy Division Athletic getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Carolo Ekialde hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes KS Bozywerek got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Hodas. After a defensive mix-up in KS Bozywerek's zone, Rafael Domeka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipo Carulla came out of the goal and Rafael Domeka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joy Division Athletic's Honorato Marz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Augustyn in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Joy Division Athletic getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Delmar Tallia hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Edgardo Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joy Division Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipo Carulla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Kociniewski to make the kick off. Felipo Carulla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Domeka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Marz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Piwowarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Buczko in the 87th minute of play forced Joy Division Athletic's goalkeeper Honorato Marz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Felipo Carulla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Joy Division Athletic booed when KS Bozywerek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. If Julian Kociniewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. KS Bozywerek walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
