With a little luck, Ibis Football Club's Pedro Rosado got control of the ball when Alvito Helguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alvito Helgueras short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Pedro Rosado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 12 played minutes Ibis Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Caio Camargo. Eurico Peixoto hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Pedro Rosado made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Alvito Helguera sent off a good shot on target. Mané Alcaraz hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Peixoto came free, but Larpe Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Ibis Football Club got a corner. Nueva Adalucia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tadeu Félix ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tadeu Félix got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Larpe Cabrera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 29th minute, Caio Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvito Helguera got free with Pedro Rosado in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Rosado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvito Helguera in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Peixoto in the 39th minute of play forced Nueva Adalucia's goalkeeper Larpe Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Bellido made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alvito Helguera however managed to control. After 45 minutes, Eurico Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibis Football Club and the Nueva Adalucia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eurico Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. With a little luck, Ibis Football Club's Pedro Rosado got control of the ball when Alvito Helguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eurico Peixoto to make the kick off. Gerardo Bellido kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Alvito Helguera came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Nueva Adalucia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvito Helguera couldn't finish the play. Pedro Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvito Helguera in the 58th minute of the match. Nueva Adalucia's Larpe Cabrera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Nueva Adalucia from getting a goal against them. Pedro Rosado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvito Helguera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvito Helguera in the 71st minute of play forced Ibis Football Club's goalkeeper Pedro Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Alvito Helguera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Rosado. Ibis Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvito Helguera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Nueva Adalucia's zone, Eurico Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Larpe Cabrera came out of the goal and Eurico Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Larpe Cabrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eurico Peixoto in the 79th minute. Pedro Rosado came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Adalucia's Alvito Helguera. But to his dismay, Alvito Helguera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 86th minute, Tadeu Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes, Nueva Adalucia's Santxo Moya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Rosado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nueva Adalucia reached it. Larpe Cabrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eurico Peixoto in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Ibis Football Club were awarded a corner. Tadeu Félix went to the cornerflag to take it. Larpe Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurico Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ibis Football Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
