In the 25th minute Andrézinho Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Otsoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Cañani OFF's Martin Emeterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wellington de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ovidio Claude came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Cañani OFF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Claude couldn't finish the play. Martin Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrézinho Paranaense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romulo Otsoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cañani OFF's Romulo Otsoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Kaminski in the 54th minute of play. Real Brasília's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paolo Guerrero in the 55th minute. The corner ended in Paolo Guerrero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cañani OFF's Romulo Otsoa did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Claude in the 61st minute of play forced Real Brasília's goalkeeper Wellington de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes Cañani OFF got a freekick which was hit by Lech Koprowski. After 72 played minutes Cañani OFF got a freekick which was hit by Martin Emeterio. 77 minutes into the match, Real Brasília's Paolo Guerrero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Otsoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kaminski in the 79th minute of play forced Cañani OFF's goalkeeper Romulo Otsoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Otsoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrézinho Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Luís Paulo Netto scored 2-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Otsoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Real Brasília's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
