In the 2nd minute, Abel Pegado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Jayvier Berinduaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miradeses FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jayvier Berinduaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Almir Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morris Zemp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes Mitnarotov FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Velasco. In the 12th minute, Morris Zemp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miradeses FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morris Zemp in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Dário Passos got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Noel Marinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Almir Miranda skillfully saved the ball. Allan Dias hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Noel Marinho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Almir Miranda. Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morris Zemp in the 25th minute of play. Almir Miranda came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Miradeses FC's Morris Zemp. But to his dismay, Morris Zemp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Noel Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Miradeses FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Marinho couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute Noel Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almir Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jayvier Berinduaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Miranda having to interfere. Abel Pegado took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almir Miranda. Almir Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noel Marinho to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Doriva Vaz got a free kick in the 50th minute. 52 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Almir Miranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caetano Matias. Noel Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Almir Miranda made a huge save. 58 minutes into the game, Abel Pegado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Almir Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 61 minutes into the match, Miradeses FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nildo de Souza came free, but Peter Sparks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Noel Marinho took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Almir Miranda to make any attempt to save it. Miradeses FC's Peter Sparks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nildo de Souza in the 73rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noel Marinho got free with Almir Miranda in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute, Dagoberto Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Caetano Matias from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Almir Miranda's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda got control of the ball when Abel Pegado tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Mitnarotov FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Lenílson Velasco hit a great ball. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Matias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernani Mendes lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 87th minute, Ernani Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience cheered when Noel Marinho's long shot passed Almir Miranda's right side. It was 0-9, 89 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mitnarotov FC's zone, Noel Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Almir Miranda came out of the goal and Noel Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Miradeses FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mitnarotov FC throughout the match.
