Spectators: 6961 (Terracing: 5636, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 125) FC Autolycus's Pablo Viator started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Herbert Kaznocha took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Astigar. Dario Astigar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. FC Autolycus's Miromir Nowak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save FC Autolycus from getting a goal against them. Miromir Nowak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Nuñez in the 19th minute. Miromir Nowak was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ernie Siegel. Lisandro Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, SAN LORENZO FC's Lisandro Nuñez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miromir Nowak. Miromir Nowak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 37 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Kaznocha came free, but Dario Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Nuñez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miromir Nowak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Miromir Nowak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Nuñez in the 44th minute. When Lisandro Nuñez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the SAN LORENZO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Nuñez couldn't finish the play. Julien Corbeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Miromir Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Hernan Ixidor replaced Dalmacio Gaitano. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Nuñez was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Autolycus's Kryspin Lichniak got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Dario Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Lichniak in the 58th minute of play. Miromir Nowak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Ixidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Herbert Kaznocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Kaznocha came free, but Dario Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Astigar came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Autolycus's Herbert Kaznocha. But to his dismay, Herbert Kaznocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 67 minutes into the game, SAN LORENZO FC's Lisandro Nuñez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miromir Nowak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 72 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's Marcelino Damario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miromir Nowak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernie Siegel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Miromir Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Astigar made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Pablo Viator sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Autolycus's Antoni Kaczanek got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Marcelino Damario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miromir Nowak was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 84 minutes into the game, FC Autolycus's Kryspin Lichniak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Astigar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Miromir Nowak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelino Damario's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the game, Marcelino Damario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Miromir Nowak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SAN LORENZO FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
