The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Nisu Unn's Maido Kallis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leopoldo Varela. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 10th minute Maido Kallis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maido Kallis in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maido Kallis in the 15th minute of play forced HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Leopoldo Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Murumets was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. HORIZZONT's Leopoldo Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Pochorylo in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Yağızalp Beyazit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nisu Unn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maido Kallis in the 44th minute of play forced HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Leopoldo Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yağızalp Beyazit's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Leopoldo Varela skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hulki Tüzel made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Nisu Unn's goalkeeper Ingmar Karuauk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hulki Tüzel. 54 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goal looked a bit too open when Maido Kallis came free, but Leopoldo Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hulki Tüzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maido Kallis in the 60th minute of play. Leopoldo Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yağızalp Beyazit in the 61st minute of the match. Nisu Unn's Ardo Teras was substituted for Yağızalp Beyazit. Nisu Unn's Alvar Nuut was substituted for Maido Kallis. After a rather tough play, HORIZZONT's Tunç Hacıfettahoğlu got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Nisu Unn's Ardo Teras in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Ardo Teras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leopoldo Varela was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Hulki Tüzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Karuauk having to interfere. Ardo Teras scored 4-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Nisu Unn players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
