After having played for 12 minutes, Bert Kliemt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Regental's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bert Kliemt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didico Jonen in the 18th minute of play forced Helmet Football Club's goalkeeper Tiago Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Délio Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bert Kliemt in the 39th minute of play forced Helmet Football Club's goalkeeper Tiago Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Regental were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Helmet Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robin Lüpke took the corner. Nico Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, FC Regental's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Fonseca came free, but Egidius Seyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bert Kliemt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tiago Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Hahnen, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The audience was convinced that Bert Kliemt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Dantas was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Tiago Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Didico Jonen in the 57th minute. Sebastian Krupp kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Tiago Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bert Kliemt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiago Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bert Kliemt in the 71st minute of play. Lucas Jagow kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Didico Jonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Dantas having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bert Kliemt in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Dantas saved Helmet Football Club from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bert Kliemt in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute of the match FC Regental got a corner. Helmet Football Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robin Lüpke ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Regental's corner Robin Lüpke fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiago Dantas quite easily take care of the ball. Helmet Football Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
