Martin Jordy kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Three Deck Wizards's Ricardo Eriz got a free kick in the 12th minute. Ezequiel Centurión showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Brites in the 15th minute of the match. Sabino Brites sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Rogelio Duarte fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Rogelio Duarte a yellow card for diving instead. Rogelio Duarte hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Miguel Joseph kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Boca Juniors's Tales Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Guillemot in the 34th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Marcos Gustau made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ezequiel Centurión was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Gustau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Centurión made a huge save. Tales Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Adrio in the 41st minute of the match. Sabino Brites received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ezequiel Centurión tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Gustau's late challenge caught a Three Deck Wizards's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Gustau helped the player get up and apologised. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, Sabino Brites notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Three Deck Wizards's Ezequiel Centurión. Ezequiel Centurión was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Three Deck Wizards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Joseph didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Gustau scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Centurión, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. During the 59th minute of the match Marcos Gustau completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcos Gustau a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 60th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Gustau to maneuver through the defense. Sabino Brites might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Centurión. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sabino Brites ran back to his position shaking his head. Tales Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Martin Jordy hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Three Deck Wizards were awarded a corner. Ricardo Eriz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ricardo Eriz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Boca Juniors's Tales Falcão did a great save. Freddy Adrio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tales Falcão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When Rogelio Duarte was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. Rogelio Duarte hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Miguel Joseph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boca Juniors's Tales Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Guillemot in the 88th minute of play. Sabino Brites fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Centurión having to interfere. Boca Juniors's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
