Lenny Knight-Percival ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Tobiasz Kinic heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Virgilio Whitney got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Chris Reyna. With a little luck, Mountain West FC's Roy Holman got control of the ball when Fabian Londoño tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mountain West FC's Roy Holman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Mountain West FC from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabian Londoño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 69th minute Fabian Londoño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Holman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Doppa Fc's goalkeeper Eustaquio Edwardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sammy Nixon. Roy Holman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Londoño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Angelo Dumas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mountain West FC's Carson Fujieda was substituted for Angelo Dumas. When Benedicto Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Doppa Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Pepillo couldn't finish the play. Roy Holman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Londoño's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Fabian Londoño notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Mountain West FC's Roy Holman. Roy Holman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute of the game Elliot Cote made a throw-in which Virgilio Whitney played forward.
