In the 12th minute Kaarel Astradsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Paquette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Erik Hansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Ove Alebeck in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Kaarel Astradsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Paquette was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Giovanni Griggs was slow to take the kick. During this time Mississauga DareDevils's players had a chance to rest. 40 minutes into the game, Valentin Xiong threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ocean´s Eleven's Joar Björklund quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaarel Astradsson to strike the kick off in the second half. When Dennis Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ocean´s Eleven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Hermansson couldn't finish the play. Kaarel Astradssons short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Reynaldo Paquette to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jan-Erik Hansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Turcotte in the 66th minute of play forced Ocean´s Eleven's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kaarel Astradsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Nils Larsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ocean´s Eleven's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mississauga DareDevils the free kick. Jan-Erik Hansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Stuart Turcotte helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Mississauga DareDevils got a freekick which was hit by Stuart Turcotte. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olivier Lambert during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mississauga DareDevils's Olivier Lambert got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Mississauga DareDevils's Reynaldo Paquette got control of the ball when Rudolf Skager tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Kaarel Astradsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mississauga DareDevils's Reynaldo Paquette was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dennis Hermansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Paquette made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaarel Astradsson in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Paquette saved Mississauga DareDevils from getting behind. Mads Fenger kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Xiong in the 94th minute of play forced Ocean´s Eleven's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ocean´s Eleven had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
