Leonides Jatsu got in the 14th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Abelardo Berenguer handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The Fractal FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Fractal FC's Leonides Jatsu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 16 played minutes Atlético y Tiro Rqta got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Suárez. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Silvano Cibran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fractal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Cibran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goalkeeper Abelardo Berenguer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Lorien. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Cibran in the 27th minute of play forced Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goalkeeper Abelardo Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Chayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Munio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Fractal FC's Juan Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juli Álvarez in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th minute Juli Álvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fractal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Misael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Berenguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Cibran made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Rolando Misael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Berenguer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Cibran in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Atlético y Tiro Rqta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Suárez to maneuver through the defense.
