Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Hyblae FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile got control of the ball when Gösta Broman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Gösta Broman got a free kick in the 17th minute. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Sezer Akburç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Festuccia in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boguslaw Szkaradek in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corrado Contestabile saved Hyblae FC from getting behind. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Hyblae FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radoš Fajon took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hyblae FC's goalie and right to Serdar Deniz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hyblae FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gösta Broman got free with Corrado Contestabile in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Ferruccio Festuccia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezer Akburç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Contestabile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boguslaw Szkaradek in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Hyblae FC's goalkeeper Corrado Contestabile had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gösta Broman. Gösta Broman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Corrado Contestabile made a huge save. Gösta Broman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® booed when Hyblae FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siniša Stjepanović didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s goalkeeper Sezer Akburç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eigirdas Burnickas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Szkaradek in the 59th minute of play forced Hyblae FC's goalkeeper Corrado Contestabile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hyblae FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andrea Pasciu in the 63rd minute. Corrado Contestabile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Szkaradek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Gösta Broman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Broman in the 68th minute of play forced Hyblae FC's goalkeeper Corrado Contestabile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sezer Akburç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Giancola's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Eigirdas Burnickas might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sezer Akburç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eigirdas Burnickas ran back to his position shaking his head. Sezer Akburç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Giancola in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Sezer Akburç got control of the ball when Amedeo Giancola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eigirdas Burnickas hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boguslaw Szkaradek in the 85th minute of play. When Raúl Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hyblae FC's protests and gave Raúl Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Hyblae FC got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Donatello. The Hyblae FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
