Spectators: 7555 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Frederico Madureira managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Di Federico in the 8th minute of play forced Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Dennis Di Federico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mochila FC's Frederico Madureira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvaro Lupi came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Frederico Madureira could save by the left post. Alvaro Lupi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Frederico Madureira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Fulvio Grande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mochila FC! Dennis Di Federico had several of the Mochila FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Frederico Madureira as he didn't even see the shot coming. Alvaro Lupi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Madureira having to interfere. With his leg Frederico Madureira managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 36 played minutes Mochila FC got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Terra. Alvaro Lupi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frederico Madureira came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvaro Lupi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 38th minute. Dennis Di Federico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The S.S.C. NAPOLI fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Mochila FC made a substitution. Sidnei Quintal replaced Oséias Dionísio. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erling Halland made a kick off. Alvaro Lupi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciccio Bassani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Madureira having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Lupi in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frederico Madureira saved Mochila FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciccio Bassani in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederico Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frederico Madureira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Lupi went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Frederico Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Lupi in the 69th minute of play. Mochila FC's Frederico Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Lupi in the 70th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Alvaro Lupi notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Mochila FC's Frederico Madureira. Frederico Madureira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frederico Madureira came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ciccio Bassani. But to his dismay, Ciccio Bassani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Frederico Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Bassani in the 79th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ciccio Bassani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frederico Madureira was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Ciccio Bassani sped through Mochila FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Frederico Madureira. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Alvaro Lupi managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.S.C. NAPOLI's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Lupi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Lupi in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederico Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani in the 94th minute of play. S.S.C. NAPOLI made a substitution. Corrado Silvestre replaced Fulvio Muzzolon.
