Lencois's William Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Lencois from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute Shi Ke Zhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sonny Corleone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Shi Ke Zhi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lencois fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lencois's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Alonzo Cristofol scored to the left of an out of position William Cardoso, making the score, 1-1. When Shi Ke Zhi came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Lencois fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shi Ke Zhi couldn't finish the play. Alonzo Cristofol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Cardoso having to make a save. William Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Cristofol in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Egídio da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alonzo Cristofol spun around in front of the goal 24 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Lencois's goal. 26 minutes into the game, Alonzo Cristofol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. William Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Cristofol in the 39th minute of the match. Alonzo Cristofol succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 40th playminute. When Alonzo Cristofol came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Hermosillo FC fans jumped to their feet. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After recieving a nice pass, Lencois's Wanderson Freitas tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's Boguslaw Wydrych sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Cardoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Hermosillo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
