The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Undertakers FC's Cliff Thomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Aimar in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Deuce Athletic Club's Federico Aimar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Felo got free with Cliff Thomas in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Ospin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bendt Birkemark, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Segundo Felo sped through Undertakers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cliff Thomas. Cliff Thomas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Deuce Athletic Club's Tadeo Iraitz was substituted for Federico Aimar. Cliff Thomas came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Deuce Athletic Club's Tadeo Iraitz. But to his dismay, Tadeo Iraitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The supporters of Undertakers FC booed when Deuce Athletic Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Selatse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Hellgren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leopoldo Ospin. Cliff Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Iraitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Isaac Vallejo in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deuce Athletic Club's Fermin Ralondo. Cliff Thomas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Iraitz's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 93rd match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Canor to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Deuce Athletic Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Undertakers FC for a fine match.
