But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gordon Rogers couldn't finish the play. Federico Aimar took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yadi Tanamal. Yadi Tanamal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Carrigane getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gordon Rogers hit a great ball. Carrigane made a substitution. Henry Silke replaced Sander Lell. Gordon Rogers kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Federico Aimar hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A collision led to Deuce Athletic Club getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Raimundo Vargas hit a great ball. With a little luck, Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin got control of the ball when Breffni Barrett tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 minutes, Breffni Barrett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrigane and the Deuce Athletic Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Carrigane defense, Tadeo Iraitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yadi Tanamal. The Carrigane fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yadi Tanamal should have stopped the shot. Placido Natanael hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Mikolas in the 87th minute of play forced Carrigane's goalkeeper Yadi Tanamal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88thth minute of the game Bernard McAaron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leopoldo Ospin made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Breffni Barrett sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes Deuce Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Santo. The crowd rose to their feet as Henry Silke kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leopoldo Ospin. That made the score 2-1 in the 94 minute of play. Tadeo Iraitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yadi Tanamal having to make a save. Yadi Tanamal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Iraitz in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Deuce Athletic Club had won after a very even match.
