An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Frantzes in the 10th minute of play forced Deuce Athletic Club's goalkeeper Leopoldo Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Deuce Athletic Club's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Frantzes came free, but Leopoldo Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. A. Balnearia's Emilio Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Felo in the 18th minute of play. Emilio Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Felo in the 21st minute of the match. Bondo Levidze's late challenge caught a C. A. Balnearia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bondo Levidze helped the player get up and apologised. Emilio Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Tugay Özyurek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Ospin made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, C. A. Balnearia's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Selatse came free, but Emilio Tartalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Aimar was the one to do the kick off. When Damian Frantzes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the C. A. Balnearia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Frantzes couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Emilio Tartalo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emilio Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deuce Athletic Club's Tadeo Iraitz was substituted for Federico Aimar. Raimundo Vargas got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tadeo Iraitz. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deuce Athletic Club! The referee gave C. A. Balnearia a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Damian Frantzes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin. 2-0. In the 74th minute of the match Bartolo Tipi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilio Tartalo skillfully saved the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Deuce Athletic Club's goal looked a bit too open when Tugay Özyurek came free, but Leopoldo Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, C. A. Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Ospin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Abechuco during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lino Abechuco hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Tadeo Iraitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deuce Athletic Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Balnearia.
