The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristo Colas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Almstedt in the 15th minute of the match. Adan Otsoko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Åhlberg having to make a save. The supporters of Almeyra F.C. booed when Runa United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Brogren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s Adan Otsoko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Erik Åhlberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nils-Erik Åhlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Sabino in the 31st minute. Almeyra F.C. were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Runa United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paolo Indar took the corner. Fermin Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nils-Erik Åhlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Almstedt in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Otsoko in the 58th minute of play forced Runa United's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Åhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Almeyra F.C. were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Runa United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paolo Indar took the corner. Almeyra F.C.'s Paolo Indar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 61 minutes, Adan Otsoko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almeyra F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Otsoko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Runa United's Harry Boumans was substituted for Ted Almstedt. In the 64th minute Adan Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Boumans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Colas having to interfere. In the 73rdth minute of the game Adan Otsoko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Runa United's Nils-Erik Åhlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristo Colas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Boumans went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Frank Brogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Colas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Almeyra F.C.'s zone, Harry Boumans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Colas came out of the goal and Harry Boumans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Runa United's Cristo Colas threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valentin Rydberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nils-Erik Åhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Otsoko in the 92nd minute of play. Matthias Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
