Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Montel in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Hernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. New Loser FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Panos Atsidakos in the 9th minute. Denílson Vides was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 21 minutes into the game, Fausto Montel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Loser FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiger Soul FC the free kick. In the 38th minute Fausto Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Hibai struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. 김 담 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiger Soul FC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tiger Soul FC's Gaston Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Montel in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Tiger Soul FC got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Secco. If Fausto Montel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Hernandez having to interfere. Gaston Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Montel in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Montel in the 69th minute of play forced Tiger Soul FC's goalkeeper Gaston Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Loser FC's goalkeeper 김 담, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 김 담 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Gaston Hernandez made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ruy Teles sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute of the match New Loser FC got a corner. Tiger Soul FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Panos Atsidakos ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on New Loser FC's corner Panos Atsidakos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gaston Hernandez quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Hibai in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 김 담 saved New Loser FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Hibai in the 86th minute of play forced New Loser FC's goalkeeper 김 담 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Tiger Soul FC's Gaston Hernandez got control of the ball when Ezequiel Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Rivero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 김 담 having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as New Loser FC's Ruy Teles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Hernandez. That made the score 1-1 after 95 minutes of play. New Loser FC's Qin Yang Yan was substituted for Fausto Montel. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
