After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Dawoud Faraj managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trem das Onze's supporters rose to their feet, but Dawoud Faraj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Dawoud Faraj, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 26 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mateo Lueje was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Luciano Bastiaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ricky Blake made a huge save. Mateo Lueje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawoud Faraj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dieguinho Godoi got free with Ricky Blake in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mateo Lueje came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Trem das Onze's Hugo Ramos. But to his dismay, Hugo Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Maurício Baião's late challenge caught a United Legends's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurício Baião helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Trem das Onze:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of United Legends:s goal. 38 minutes into the game, United Legends's Mantvydas Balvočius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricky Blake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Trem das Onze's Ricky Blake proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Trem das Onze from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, United Legends's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Montenegro came free, but Mateo Lueje reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Bastiaro made a kick off. Ricky Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. United Legends's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mantvydas Balvočius in the 52nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Trem das Onze's Zeca Munhoz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateo Lueje. That made the score 1-3 after 53 minutes of play. Oscar-Alfredo Ruggeri hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. United Legends's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Dawoud Faraj scored to the left of an out of position Mateo Lueje, making the score, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dawoud Faraj got free with Mateo Lueje in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 minutes, Luciano Bastiaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the United Legends and the Trem das Onze players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes United Legends got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Bastiaro. In the 75th minute, Dieguinho Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricky Blake was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Ramiro Simões took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Mateo Lueje to make any attempt to save it. In the 86th minute, Luciano Bastiaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricky Blake was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Zeca Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. United Legends's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trem das Onze the free kick.
