The supporters of Uí Fergusa booed when Vila Zumbi - Férias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanildo Beckenbauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Uí Fergusa's Geovanildo Mendi threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wilson Severino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Uí Fergusa's Birger Gijselinx slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Geovanildo Mendi. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Elano Coutinho made the kick off in the second half. Uí Fergusa's Sergio Rochet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano Coutinho in the 57th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Vila Zumbi - Férias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 周明坚 to maneuver through the defense.
